Ingredients
1/2 C balsalmic vinegar
1/4 C maple syrup (from Stick & Feather Farm!)
2 teasponns Dijon mustard
1 C extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a blender. Turn the blender on; pour in olive oil in a consistent and slow stream. Blend until the dressing is smooth, around 10-15 seconds.
