Maple-Balsalmic Vinaigrette...a fridge staple!

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C balsalmic vinegar

  • 1/4 C maple syrup (from Stick & Feather Farm!)

  • 2 teasponns Dijon mustard

  • 1 C extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a blender. Turn the blender on; pour in olive oil in a consistent and slow stream. Blend until the dressing is smooth, around 10-15 seconds.

  2. That's it! So scrumptious, sit back and savor!
